Key West Pie is synonymous with Key West, Florida. It is the official pie of Florida. Other than the crustm it's original ingredients, Key Lime juice, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar, have not changed since it made its debut in the late 19th Century in Key West. The graham cracker crust is almost certainly a 20th century convention and become the standard.
