The podcast about all things culinary. Certified Personal Chef, Greg Strahm, talks about everything from how to plan a dinner party, wine pairing, vegetarian cooking, healthy cooking, to cooking techniques, etc.

Greg Strahm, CPC, is a Certified Personal Chef.  He is a proud member of the United States Personal Chefs Association. He has extensive background, knowledge, and experience in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Industry.  By combining his fifty-five years working as a self-trained cook and his forty-five-year background as a not-for-profit marketing and fundraising professional, he created culinary fundraising events for non-profit organizations. These individually specialized events can be used as a fundraising tool to develop individual and corporate donors or used as a benefit for sponsorship opportunities.

While living in New York, he started a very successful and lucrative apartment cleaning and catering business called Cinderfella’s. His slogan was, “I’ll tidy up the palace, prepare the feast, and clean up after the Ball”. For the past 30 years, he has been teaching cooking and dessert classes. He has taught for  William Sonoma in West Palm Beach, the Oglebay Mansion Museum in Wheeling, West Virginia, the Fredericksburg Museum in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and the Brandeis National Committee in Stuart, Florida. Of all the classes he has taught over the years, his most enjoyable cooking class was teaching 4th graders how to make a bake-apple.
