French Viognier: A rich, aromatic, full-bodied white wine originating from the Northern Rhône Valley. Known for its lush texture, floral aromas, and bold flavors of peach, apricot, and honey. It is very aromatic with scents of honeysuckle, jasmine, tangerine, and mango.
Sicilian Frappato: Frappato is a dry, medium-light bodied, fruit forward red wine, with aromas of sweet red berries and incense spice. Flavors are dried strawberry, pomegranate, with white pepper, tobacco, and clove. It is low in tannins and has a medium acidity. Pairs especially well with this dish.
